If We Can't Win, We'll SUE!

Well, Patriots, they’ve finally done it. The Democrats have completely lost their damn minds.

With the Russia Collusion case crumbling before their very eyes, the Democratic National Committee has filed a multi-million-dollar lawsuit against President Donald Trump’s 2016 Presidential campaign, WikiLeaks, and Russia. Yep, they are clinging to the crazy Russia Collusion conspiracy as the reason for their loss in the 2016 presidential election.

 In the lawsuit, DNC Chairman Tom Perez claims there was an “unprecedented” effort by the Trump campaign to not only collude with the Russian government to defeat Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton but ALSO with WikiLeaks according to a Fox News report. Talk about grasping at straws. Dang, get over it – YOU LOST!

However, there are some issues with the lawsuit and its ridiculous claims.

Hum, let’s see – After extensive searching, the United States intelligence community, Congress, and Special Counsel Robert Mueller have not produced a single shred of evidence proving Trump colluded with Russia. As a matter of fact, it appears the ones colluding were on the Democrat side of the aisle.

In fact, in former FBI Director, James Comey’s released Memos, they reveal he did not believe Trump broke the law or obstructed justice. He sure isn't singing that song on his book tour, is he?

The lawsuit claims WikiLeaks founder, Julian Assange, stole the documents and emails from the DNC on behalf of the Russian government. It then it states WikiLeaks and Russia worked with the Trump campaign through back-channels to undermine Clinton’s campaign, which is why she lost. Ah, NO, Hillary lost because she was a crappy candidate. She didn’t work hard during her campaign, and she took the voters for granted.

So what evidence does the DNC have? Let’s be honest, they don’t have anything, or they would have already used it. This is just another stunt to attack Trump and distract from his many successes.

Check this out – They are asking a federal judge to award the DNC MILLIONS of $$$$ to offset the damage they suffered. Let’s be honest, the ONLY reason the DNC is broke is they no longer have Hillary filling their coffers. How do you think she stole the primary from ol’ Feel-the-Burn Sanders? The DNC was financially broke, and Hillary gave them an infusion of cash. However, it came with a price. She was given control of the DNC to do as she wished. Hillary wanted the nomination, so Uncle Bernie was OUT!

Does the DNC have ANY grounds for this lawsuit? NO, NOPE, NADA.

There’s no evidence of any crimes or wrongdoing. It doesn’t matter how much the DNC cries, bitches, or complains, this is just a phony lawsuit and a way to collect $$$$ to save their failing party.

I must admit this doesn’t surprise me. The Democrats have clearly proven they are the party of entitlement. I’m waiting to see if they cross their arms and hold their breath until they get their way.

The War of Words

As a Conservative, I've always believed in the rule of law. I've always believed laws are black and white; either you're guilty or innocent. I've also believed justice is supposed to be blind. However, I guess I'm wrong because in today's world the law is full of gray areas.

This brings me to the reason for this post. As I was watching the evening shows on Fox News, I was wondering how can we better communicate our message to the masses. As a contributor to The Trump Times and Trump Times International, it's my job to openly share the truth of the subjects in the news today. However, while talking with my husband, he pointed out a few things he believes myself and other conservatives are doing wrong.

As Patriots and Proud Deplorables, we are always trying to convince people of the evils of the Liberal Agenda. Now, don't get me wrong because that's a good thing. However, we need to rethink how we do it. We write posts on social media, create memes, and share everything we can find to let people know what we believe. We watch our favorite pundits such as Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, Tucker Carlson, Lou Dobbs, and Judge Jeanine Pirro to name a few as they explain their opinions on the events of the day. While I'm not saying they aren't good at what they do, I often feel at times they miss the mark when reaching out to those not firmly in the conservative camp.

Whenever the subject of illegal immigration comes up, both sides brace themselves for battle. The problem we run into as Conservatives are the Democrats are masters at pulling at the heartstrings. They talk about all the poor people coming to the USA for a better life and how they are escaping a dangerous country. Every time I hear a Liberal waxing poetic about the poor "undocumented" immigrants, I nearly lose my mind.

However, it doesn't stop there. Healthcare, welfare, rights for this group or that, the Democrats have a readily prepared script to pull at the heartstrings of those who do not understand the facts as they see them. The Democrats are sent out with their talking points well rehearsed to do battle against the heartless and down-right mean Conservatives.

We need to take some ideas of communication from their playbook. We need to have OUR talking points. We need a counter-argument to each and every one of their lies. Okay, I'm just gonna say it: we need to use their tactics against them.

Illegal Immigration - Just saying those words in the same breath is sure to start a fight with those on the left.  We need to rethink our response to this argument. We need to do as the Democrats do... we need to use the fairness card back on them.

• Why do some get to break the rules and get rewarded?
• Why do "Dreamers" get special treatment when it comes to higher education?
• Why is it fair to give jobs to those here illegally before a citizen or legal immigrant?

Whenever a Democrat says illegals will do the work no one else will, we need to compare this statement to modern-day slavery.

What they're actually saying is:

• We need people who are willing to pick our produce. Huh, like the slaves picked cotton?
• We need people willing to mow our grass or clean our house. Huh, you're saying they are only useful as servants?
• They aren't taking jobs from regular Americans. Huh, so what about the construction worker, or those who worked in our manufacturing plants? I can go on if you'd like.
• Building the wall is stupid. It won't stop them coming here. Really? Do you lock your door? Do you have a fence around your backyard? Would you be okay with ANYONE coming into YOUR house uninvited?
•  There aren't bad people coming here. They are just good people wanting a better life. Okay, what about all the gang members coming across the border? What about those who are repeat offenders?

Of course, the one statement from Liberals is all the tax money illegals pay. Well, I hate to burst their bubble, BUT illegals cost the American taxpayer MORE than they pay in.

There ya go. Because of illegal immigrants, the American taxpayer goes in the hole roughly $116 BILLON each and every year!! If you want to see how this breaks down, I wrote an article a while back that breaks down the numbers for you on The Trump Times International.

As Conservatives, we need to turn the conversation around on them. We can no longer allow their lies to stand as truth because there are too many people who do not take the time to educate themselves. They watch the different news outlets and take their words as gospel. They also get their facts from Facebook and Twitter. How many of us have fallen for a fake article or meme? Heck, if you're someone who isn't up on the political facts, what chance do you have?

So, my fellow Patriots and Deplorables, I challenge you to go forth armed with a comeback for the ridiculous claims made by those on the Left. We MUST use their methods against them. Saying illegal immigration is against the law doesn't phase those not paying attention to what's going on in the USA. We need to put it in terms the average American will understand.

While Democrats are trying to baffle us with bullshit, we need to confuse them with facts with a touch of their 'fairness' card. So, go forth, my fellow Patriots and Deplorable and spread the truth and teach the magic of Trumpism.

Lawyers Repeatedly Flagged Attempted Illicit Politicking by Dem Legal Strategy Group

Interesting behind the scenes view of some questionable operations and backscratching made legal.

Democratic Party lawyers had to step in repeatedly to prevent illegal or prohibited political fundraising by a new Democratic National Committee group designed to coordinate legal strategy with hundreds of friendly attorneys, internal documents show. 

Multiple proposed fundraising pitches by the new Democratic Lawyers Committee (DLC) invoked the names of high-ranking administration officials in what would have been violations of federal laws and White House policies against political activity by administration officials, according to emails between the group’s top staffers and their attorneys.

The hacked emails, released by the group WikiLeaks last week, provide a detailed narrative of the DLC’s formation and its hectic first few months, which saw celebrity attorney Gloria Allred micromanaging the group’s self-described “propaganda,” a senior DNC staffer admonishing colleagues for nearly spoiling its rollout with illicit fundraising asks, and DNC staffers pretending to be then-chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz on email in order to land a venue for a high-dollar fundraiser. 

“The stated goal of the DLC is to organize the legal community and [we] must arm them with the information, contacts, and inspiration they need to provide significant support for the Democratic Party’s fight to maintain control of the White House and help elect Democrats up and down the ballot in 2016,” according to talking points circulated internally.

The perks that attorneys get for their involvement with the group depend on the sums that they donate. For $500, they get “regular email updates including talking points, and the Party’s response to current events.”

Those who give $150,000 annually, DLC’s top donor tier, get seats on the DNC’s national finance committee, VIP tickets to exclusive DNC events, and “access to special activities and invitations.”

“DLC members will have access to insider knowledge of the DNC’s campaign strategy, which allows members to be more effective in their efforts on behalf of the President and his successor,” according to the group’s donor pitch.
 
The official DLC rollout took place in early May, when DNC fundraising staffers Clayton Cox, Max Marshall, and Jordan Vaughn set up a conference call designed to raise money for the new effort and recruit member attorneys.

They landed former Obama campaign aide Stephanie Cutter and top White House political operative David Simas to speak on the call. But the effort immediately ran into legal trouble when a DNC finance official asked attorneys at Perkins Coie, a leading Democratic law firm, to review its invitation.

“Per White House policy, a WH official (Simas) cannot be included on a page that contains a link to a DNC solicitation,” Perkins Coie attorney Ruthzee Louijeune told DLC staffers in an email on the evening of May 2. The call was scheduled for the next day.

The invitation also identified Cutter and DNC finance co-chair Robbie Kaplan, who would speak on the call, by their professional associations: Kaplan with the New York law firm Paul, Weiss, and Cutter as a founding partner of the firm Precision Strategies.

Under federal law, corporations cannot use their resources to raise political funds. Endorsing a fundraising pitch is considered an illegal in-kind contribution. After a phone call with the DNC, Louijeune told staffers to strike Cutter’s and Kaplan’s corporate titles “to avoid triggering prohibited corporate facilitation.”

Staffers removed the titles from the conference call invitation. But Louijeune was forced to step in once again when a proposed email blast promoting the call identified Kaplan and four other attorneys involved in the DLC by their official titles at their respective law firms.
